strawberry bacffd6174 rename conduit_cache_capacity_modifier to cache_capacity_modifier 
this prefix causes you to require setting the environment variable
to `CONDUWUIT_CONDUIT_CACHE_CAPACITY_MODIFIER`

alias this so we dont break any configs
